The ABB 3BHL000390P0104 3BHB003154R0101 5SHX1960L0004 is a reverse-conducting IGCT assembly used in the power-conversion stage of ABB ACS1000 medium-voltage drives. It incorporates the 5SHX1960L0004 IGCT semiconductor, while 3BHB003154R0101 is the associated gate driver board that supplies the switching commands required to control the IGCT. Within the drive, the assembly performs high-power semiconductor switching so the ACS1000 can regulate the speed and torque of medium-voltage AC motors.

Drive power range: 315 kW to 5 MW

Drive voltage range: 2.3 to 4.16 kV

Input configurations: Diode front end with integrated or external transformer; 12- or 24-pulse arrangements

Mechanical integration: ABB describes the ACS1000 as a three-cables-in/three-cables-out drive
