The ABB DSQC611 is a high-reliability industrial Contactor Unit developed specifically for the ABB IRC5 Robot Controller Series. Engineered on a heavy-duty tech-plastic substrate, this electronic board integrates electromechanical relays, connector blocks, and advanced optocoupler isolation modules to govern safely the high-power lines fed to the robot's motors. The circuit board features a specialized conformal coating to actively shield sensitive SMD and through-hole components.
