The Berger Lahr WD3-007 is an industrial-grade 3-phase stepping motor power controller engineered in Germany to provide high-precision motion execution. Operating as the vital hardware link between a digital master positioning unit (such as a PLC or PC) and a 3-phase stepper motor, it accurately modulates electrical current pulses to control speed, holding torque, and shaft rotation. It features an accessible frontend diagnostic layout equipped with integrated HEX parameter switches for quick on-site phase current tuning, alongside optocoupler-isolated pulse and direction signal interfaces to suppress electromagnetic noise on factory floors.
