The Burr-Brown MPV901 is a standard 3U form-factor analog input board engineered to communicate via the industrial VMEbus architecture. Developed primarily for automated manufacturing, testing, and heavy-duty plasma or CNC applications, this card samples real-time environmental data via a high-speed Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). It serves to capture voltage and current feedback from field sensors and seamlessly convert those physical signals into 12-bit digital words that can be readily processed by the host VME system processor.
