The CONVUM CVX-1243-MC2 OZ23 is an all-in-one, compact industrial pneumatic vacuum generator assembly designed for high-speed automated pick-and-place, pick-and-sort, and multi-station material handling equipment. Operating purely on compressed air, it generates strong negative suction pressure using a localized venturi nozzle structure. To facilitate micro-precision execution, this modular system integrates dual Parker solenoid valves (for suction ON/OFF and vacuum break/blow-off release) alongside an onboard MVS digital pressure/vacuum sensor with a real-time display readout. This consolidated structure minimizes air hose length, limits internal air volume delay, drastically boosts reaction response speeds, and allows multiple blocks to align cleanly onto a single centralized distribution manifold.
