Diagnostics & Protection

Check both supply inputs, channel status and 0/4-20 mA loop behavior before replacing the transmitter. Compare abnormal vibration values with sensor cabling and independent machine condition evidence.

The current outputs are open-circuit and short-circuit protected, but field wiring and shield continuity must still be inspected. Observe ESD precautions when handling the Eurocard module.

Installation & Upgrades

Install in the compatible rack position with adequate ventilation and correct connector orientation. Preserve sensor routing, shield termination and channel assignment.

Restore measurement range, output scaling and alarm integration. Validate each channel with an approved test signal before returning machinery protection or trending functions to service.
