The EPRO PR642 CON021 is a high-precision, non-contact industrial measurement system designed to track relative mechanical movement. The PR642x proximity probe generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field directed at a moving conductive rotor shaft. As the shaft shifts or vibrates, it modulates the magnetic eddy currents, causing impedance changes that the connected CON021 Signal Converter interprets. The converter standardizes these raw voltage fluctuations into a calibrated, highly accurate analog output.
