It functions as a critical operator interface, providing real-time data tracking, current status monitoring, and explicit language descriptors of diagnostic lockout histories during standard ignition sequences. Constructed with a Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD/OLED) panel, the device delivers high-contrast text rendering alongside tactile-feedback navigation keys.
