The HMS Networks Ixxat 021620-B is a compact CM CANopen interface module that connects CANopen or transparent CAN 2.0A devices to SIMATIC S7-1200 controllers. It can operate as a CANopen master or slave, supports up to 16 CANopen slave nodes per module in master mode and allows as many as three modules on one CPU. Configuration is completed through CM CANopen Configuration Studio with integration into the TIA Portal hardware catalog.
