Serving as the precise point-to-point hardware brain of the system, this module stores custom point-table configuration data that dictates acceleration, deceleration, and absolute positioning paths. It eliminates complex PLC positioning modules by providing standalone motion execution via discrete parallel I/O blocks or serial RS485 communication protocols, bringing high-accuracy torque and constant velocity control to space-constrained factory automation systems.
