The MKS Instruments 627D11TBC1B is an industrial-grade, temperature-controlled absolute capacitance manometer designed to provide accurate, reliable, and repeatable pressure measurements. By internally heating the sensor assembly to a tightly regulated temperature, it significantly reduces the effects of ambient thermal fluctuations. Equipped with all-welded, corrosion-resistant Inconel® wetted surfaces, it measures total gas pressure directly and independently of gas composition.
