The QM SOFT MITY-SERVO VEO-04 is an all-digital programmable servo controller designed to transform a standard three-phase induction motor into a high-performance servo system when paired with an encoder. Running on proprietary QMCL (QM Control Language) parameter algorithms stored on its internal CPU board, the unit utilizes advanced sinusoidal digital vector control to deliver rapid acceleration, precise positioning, and exceptional torque tracking. It functions as a complete independent positioning hub, coordinating extensive local machine interfaces via external I/O points without putting heavy operational overhead on main supervisory networks.

Internal DC Bus Voltage: DC 280V to DC 400V

Torque Capacity Delivery: 100% stalling torque and 300% maximum driving torque

Power Failure Ride-Through: 500 milliseconds

Operating Temperature Limits: 0°C to +50°C
