The Schleicher USP2I is an industrial-grade, single-slot slave CPU positioning processor module engineered to coordinate complex multi-axis motion trajectory profiling. Operating inside a specialized backplane nest, the card functions as a dedicated math-coprocessor that directly interfaces with incremental encoders via hardware channels. By processing real-time position variables and generating instantaneous closed-loop speed commands autonomously, it completely relieves the master chassis controller from demanding path execution routines, preventing software execution lag during intense high-speed machining or automated sorting operations.
