General Description
The Schneider AS-P890-000 is a remote I/O adaptor module designed to centralize communication and power distribution for the 800 Series I/O systems. It integrates a power supply with ASCII communication capability, enabling reliable remote I/O operation in distributed industrial control environments. The module provides two half-duplex ASCII communication ports for serial data exchange and a coaxial communication interface for stable data transmission between remote I/O stations and the control system. It is engineered to withstand harsh industrial environments and supports easy installation and configuration.
