The Siemens 6DS1731-8DD is a legacy, high-performance analog input module engineered to bridge field process instrumentation and decentralized automation racks. Functioning as a high-density sub-assembly card, it is designed to securely capture multi-channel raw analog metrics—such as voltage and current signals directly from field transmitters without inducing calculation lags. The card translates physical variations into smooth, calibrated digital values while suppressing localized electrical line interferences.

l Nominal Power Input: Operates natively via a standard industrial 24 V DC power supply.
l Voltage Tracking Range: Features a precise voltage measurement threshold covering a ±10 V input span
l Ambient Operating Window: Sustains continuous physical surveillance across standard climate brackets spanning from -25 °C up to +60 °C.
