Product Series: Siemens SCALANCE X-300 Managed Industrial Ethernet Switch Series

The Siemens 6GK5308-2FL10-2AA3 is a SCALANCE X308-2 managed-plus Industrial Ethernet switch for structured automation networks. It combines seven 10/100 Mbit/s RJ45 ports, one 10/100/1000 Mbit/s RJ45 port, and two 1000 Mbit/s multimode SC ports for mixed copper-and-fiber topologies. The switch operates as a PROFINET IO device and integrates a redundancy manager, LED diagnostics, an error-signaling contact, web-based management, and office-network functions including RSTP, VLAN, and IGMP. A C-PLUG is included for removable configuration storage, enabling the 6GK5308-2FL10-2AA3 to support managed network expansion, replacement, and lifecycle maintenance.
