Siemens 7MH4138-6AA00-0BA0 is a single-channel TM SIWAREX WP321 ST weighing technology module that integrates static scales directly into SIMATIC ET 200SP. It accepts analog full-bridge strain-gauge load cells in four- or six-wire configurations and supports platform scales, hopper scales, silo fill-level monitoring, force measurement, crane or cable load measurement, and belt-tension monitoring. The 7MH4138-6AA00-0BA0 provides 24 V DC operation, selectable measuring ranges from ±1 to ±4 mV/V, a 600 Hz sampling rate, and an RS485 interface for SIWATOOL V7, SIWAREX DB, or a remote display. Values, limit monitoring, and diagnostics are available to the SIMATIC controller through the ET 200SP system, while factory calibration supports module replacement without recalibrating the scale.
