The VAT PRESSURE CONTROLLER PM-6 810-49867 650PM-24CG-ADK3/0431 is a high-precision, microprocessor-controlled adaptive pressure vacuum controller. It is engineered to automatically regulate upstream process chamber pressure by adjusting the pumping throughput of a connected Series 65 servo-stepper pendulum valve. By sampling real-time data from localized vacuum gauges and applying advanced adaptive downstream algorithms, the device calculates instantaneous positioning commands.
