The ABB DSDI130 is an industrial-grade digital input circuit board engineered for high-availability process automation and deployed via the rugged S100 I/O backplane system architecture. This high-reliability module serves as a primary binary interface, capturing discrete on/off signals from critical field hardware such as emergency pushbuttons, pressure switches, and relay contacts. The module features high-grade photoelectric galvanic isolation across its channel groups to eliminate field electrical surges, ground loops, and severe electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Configured with 32 independent digital input channels split into 4 galvanically isolated groups of 8 channels each. |

Rated for standard industrial 24 VDC input signals. |

Registers a logical "1" (ON) state when the voltage level spans from 15 VDC to 30 VDC. |

Registers a logical "0" (OFF) state when the voltage drops below 5 VDC (0 V to 5 VDC range). |
