The Bently Nevada 129478-01 is a Legacy High Voltage DC Power Input Module (PIM) designed as a half-height module for installation on the rear side of a standard 3500 series rack. It converts high voltage DC power from external sources into the appropriate levels required for the operation of other modules within the 3500 system. The 3500/15 AC and DC Power Supplies are half-height modules and must be installed in designated slots on the left side of the rack. The 3500 rack can contain one or two power supplies with any combinations of AC and DC.

Ø Operating Temperature Range: -30 °C to +65 °C (-22 °F to +149 °F)

Ø Relative Humidity: 95% non-condensing maximum operational limit

Machinery Protection Racks: Installed natively into structural Bently Nevada 3500 backplanes to route raw high-voltage plant power safely to vibration, temperature, and speed-tracking modules.

Power Plants & Heavy Sub-Stations: Deployed to bridge direct station battery grids (110V/125V DC utility banks) into safety-critical monitoring hardware governing steam and gas turbomachinery.

Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Refineries: Provides redundant, isolated power feeds for continuous machinery condition monitoring, ensuring continuous uptime for large-scale centrifugal compressors, pumps, and process fans.
