Configuration & Programming
The 190501-09-00-04 contains no user-loadable firmware. Configure the receiving monitor channel for a Velomitor CT velocity input and apply the documented sensitivity of 3.94mV/mm/s (100mV/in/s).
Confirm engineering units, alarm setpoints, filtering and hazardous-area barriers against the installed system documentation. Record the existing channel setup before replacement and validate the signal after commissioning.
Application Scenarios
Typical installations include cooling-tower and air-cooled heat-exchanger fan casings, particularly slow-speed assemblies operating at 90 rpm or above.
The sensor can support casing-vibration monitoring around fan motors, gear reducers and bearing housings where low-frequency velocity response and a rugged field connection are required.
