The BentlyNevada 330190-080-01-00 extension cable is designed specifically for the 3300 XL series eddy current sensor systems, providing long-distance links between field probes and pre-amplifier/monitoring modules. It is a common accessory for monitoring systems of critical rotating equipment such as turbines, generators, and compressors. This cable features an extended temperature range (ETR) characteristic, enabling reliable operation in wide-temperature environments in industrial settings. Its armored outer sheath enhances mechanical strength and anti-interference capabilities, ensuring long-term stable signal transmission.

The 330190-080-01-00 is manufactured based on the 3300 XL system specifications. Combined with high-temperature resistant insulation materials and a triple-shielded design, it maintains excellent signal integrity even in industrial environments with strong vibrations, oil contamination, and electromagnetic interference. This cable model is approximately 8.0m (26.2ft) long (option 080), meeting the needs of long-distance monitoring probe layouts, and has passed rigorous testing to US manufacturing standards, making it easy to use directly with Bently Nevada's 3300 series probes and monitoring modules.

The 3300 XL probe and extension cable also reflect improvements over previous designs. A patented TipLoc molding method provides a more robust bond between the probe tip and the probe body. The probe’s cable incorporates a patented CableLoc design that provides 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength to more securely attach the probe cable and probe tip.

You can also order 3300 XL 8 mm probes and extension cables with an optional FluidLoc cable option. This option prevents oil and other liquids from leaking out of the machine through the cable’s interior.
