The BHA POWER GUARD SQ-300 is a highly sophisticated, industrial-grade Automatic Voltage Controller (AVC) meticulously engineered to maximize the dust collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitators (ESP). Operating as a fully digital processing hub without the need for manual calibration potentiometers, the SQ-300 actively manages electrode voltage, automated current levels, and rapping sequences to capture airborne particulate matter before gases are expelled into the atmosphere. The unit is built around a powerful microprocessor executing a patented, high-speed spark response algorithm. Upon detecting an internal electrical arc or back corona effect, it drops voltage in under 100 microseconds to extinguish the spark and instantly activates an adaptive fast-search ramp rate to restore full collecting power, safely keeping emission levels to an absolute minimum.
