The GE 531X305NTBAPG1 is an industrial terminal interface and signal-conditioning board designed to bridge high-voltage field wiring with low-voltage drive control electronics. Acting as a heavy-duty physical termination layer, it hosts rugged barrier terminal blocks that accept external field connections from devices like proximity sensors, limit switches, and encoders. Signals routed through this board pass through onboard electromechanical isolation relays, metal oxide varistors (MOVs), and inductive filter networks.

(1) Regulated: +5 VDC and +15 VDC rails

(2) Unregulated: 24 VDC supply rail

(3) Unregulated AC: Auxiliary line tap providing 120 VAC / 125 VAC

(4) Digital Input Capacity: Hosts 12 general-purpose digital input loops tolerant up to 24 VDC

(5) Logic Bias Configuration: Onboard physical pin-jumpers to shift logic bias between +24 VDC and -24 VDC

(6) Encoder Voltage Selection: Hardware configuration jumpers to toggle power delivery between +5 VDC or +15 VDC encoders

(7) Substrate Build & Material: Flame-retardant FR-4 glass-epoxy multi-layer printed circuit board
