The GE IC200MDL241 is a 16-point discrete AC input module belonging to the GE VersaMax series of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and distributed I/O systems. This module features positive logic or sourcing-type inputs, meaning it receives current from AC input devices (such as sensors, pushbuttons, and switches) and returns the current on the common terminal. It extracts its operating power directly from the backplane via a CPU or Network Interface Unit (NIU) and features visual diagnostic elements, including dedicated on/off status LEDs for each of its 16 points and an OK indicator to verify backplane power.
