The MKS 626A01TDE is a high-performance, unheated absolute pressure transducer engineered for demanding vacuum measurement tasks in industrial, semiconductor, and research processes. Constructed with a corrosion-resistant, all-welded Inconel® sensor element, this instrument directly gauges total absolute pressure without suffering from zero drift or chemical degradation from harsh process gases. It operates on an analog capacitance circuit to deliver a high-level, precise 0-10 VDC output signal that scales linearly with pressure, making it ideal for integration into medical systems, thin-film deposition equipment, and general vacuum chambers.
