The MKS 626A13TBE is a high-precision, unheated absolute pressure transducer engineered to perform reliable and repeatable vacuum measurements in demanding industrial, semiconductor, and thin-film deposition systems. Fabricated with a robust, all-welded Inconel® nickel alloy sensor element exposed to the process environment, it tracks chamber total pressure perfectly independent of gas type or chemical composition. The instrument translates the microscopic movements of its internal tensioned diaphragm into a precise, linear 0–10 VDC analog output signal, protecting the process data stream against electromagnetic interference and high pressure spikes.
