The OXFORD TL41128-426 is a specialized, multi-protocol industrial computer expansion card designed to plug into legacy 32-bit PCI motherboard sockets. Built using an integrated Oxford high-performance UART/Parallel bridge controller, this board functions as an electrical translator.
