The SST SST-PB3-CLX is a high-performance, single-slot PROFIBUS network scanner module designed to reside directly within an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 1756 chassis or Honeywell PlantScape system backplane. Installed directly into a 1756 chassis slot, it acts as a communication bridge, enabling the ControlLogix processor to exchange data with up to 125 PROFIBUS DP slave devices, such as remote I/O, sensors, and actuators.

u Backplane Logic Voltage: Drawn directly from the ControlLogix 1756 chassis backplane bus, utilizing standard 5.1V DC and 24V DC power rails

u Current Consumption: Consumes approximately 850 mA @ 5.1V DC and 1.75 mA @ 24V DC

u Device Scanning Capacity: Capable of scanning up to 125 slave nodes

u Slave Node Capacity: Handles up to 122 words of input data and 122 words of output data per individual slave node

u Operating Ambient Temperature: Formulated to run smoothly inside enclosed industrial chassis grids from 0 °C to +60 °C

u Storage Temperature Envelope: Endures non-operational shipping parameters between -40 °C to +85 °C
