The 1790D-TN4V0 is a low-profile distributed analog base block engineered by Allen-Bradley brand. Operating as an all-in-one distributed node on DeviceNet industrial networks, this compact hardware module integrates network adapter functionality, an internal processing engine, and analog field-side signal conditioning into a single open-style housing. It is explicitly designed for machine builders and control panel designers who require high-accuracy voltage data acquisition while operating in highly restricted physical environments, such as narrow wireways, terminal enclosures, or localized operator station enclosures. As a master network base block, the module natively hosts 4 channels of single-ended analog voltage inputs, capturing real-time instrumentation telemetry from sensors and delivering it back to a centralized programmable logic controller (PLC) over a DeviceNet bus line.
