Product Overview 

The IC693BEM331 is an intelligent Genius Bus Controller (GBC) communications module that provides a high-speed interface between a Series 90-30 PLC and a Genius I/O serial bus. It functions as a master controller for a Genius LAN network, managing data exchange with distributed I/O devices. The IC693BEM331 receives and transmits up to 128 bytes of control data for up to 31 devices on the bus. It also supports advanced features like datagrams and Global Data broadcasting.

(4) System Expansion: Enabling the connection of remote drops (Series 90-70 I/O racks) and Field Control I/O stations to extend the control system's reach.
