The GE IS200BICLH1AED is an advanced, high-reliability bridge interface printed circuit board designed to govern high-power switching within Innovation Series drive assemblies. Acting as a low-latency electronic conduit, the card links the main drive processor board to various Bridge Personality Interface boards (such as the BPIA, BPIB, or SCNV). It processes critical pulse-width-modulated (PWM) gate drive commands to accurately turn Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) on and off.

a. Connector Interfaces: Features a 96-pin P1 connector for bridge signals and a 96-pin P2 connector for control logic links.

b. Gate Driver Output Isolation: Withstands high-voltage transients with galvanic isolation up to 2500 V RMS.

c. Maximum Internal Power Dissipation: Rated for a thermal load of approximately 5 Watts under full switching conditions.

d. Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +70°C (-40°F to 158°F).

e. Relative Humidity Limits: Operates safely in 5% to 95% non-condensing environmental conditions.
