The MKS 627B-15789 627B15789 is a high-performance, temperature-controlled capacitance manometer designed to provide highly accurate, reliable, and repeatable absolute pressure measurements independent of gas composition. The device features an internally regulated 45°C constant-temperature oven that encloses the vacuum sensor assembly. Heating the sensor minimizes the drifting effects caused by ambient or process temperature variations while drastically reducing or eliminating the deposition of aggressive chemical byproducts inside the gauge. |

ü Input Operational Voltage: Requires ±15 V DC (±5%) dual-rail input power ü Maximum Current Consumption: ≤ 250 mA continuous current draw ü Analog Output Signal: 0 to 10 V DC high-level analog voltage, which is strictly linear with absolute pressure ü Internal Sensor Regulated Temperature: Internally controlled and maintained at a stable 45°C (113°F) ü Ambient Operating Temperature Range: Operates within a process environment of 15 °C to 40 °C ü Storage Temperature Range: Tolerates long-term storage temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C |

(2) Vacuum Furnace Controls: Regulates total pressure in high-temperature vacuum heat-treating, brazing, and sintering ovens, unaffected by gas composition shifts.
(3) Industrial Freeze-Drying Processes: Monitors deep vacuum parameters inside pharmaceutical and food processing freeze-dryers to carefully govern sublimation cycles.
(4) Gas Laser Systems and Optics Coatings: Maintained in cleanroom tools to guarantee stable gas ratios inside precision gas lasers and thin-film bottle coating chambers.
