The MKS 627D01TDC1B is a high-precision, temperature-controlled absolute capacitance manometer designed to deliver accurate total pressure measurements independent of the type or composition of the gas in the system. The specific model designation "01T" denotes a Full Scale pressure measurement range of 1 Torr. Constructed with an all-Inconel® corrosion-resistant wetted surface and packed in a cleanroom-compatible stainless steel housing, it is highly reliable when exposed to harsh industrial process gases. |

ü Input Voltage Requirement: Requires an external dual-rail power source supplying ±15 VDC (±5%) ü Maximum Input Current: ≤ 250 mA (0.25 Amps max) continuous draw during normal operation ü Power Supply Ripple/Noise: Must be less than 20 mV peak-to-peak ü Analog Output Signal: High-level, strictly linear 0 to 10 VDC analog voltage proportional ü Ambient Operating Temperature: Ranges from 15 °C to 40 °C (59 °F to 104 °F) ü Storage Temperature Range: Tolerates environments from -20 °C to +80 °C |

(1) Semiconductor Wafer Processing: Frequently used in high-temperature vacuum environments such as Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Plasma-Enhanced CVD (PECVD), and dry etching systems where corrosive halogen gases, deionized water steam, or ozone are active.
(2) Vacuum Furnace Atmosphere Control: Governs total chamber pressure in high-vacuum heat-treating, sintering, and brazing ovens completely independent of gas composition changes.
(3) Thin-Film Optical Coatings & Lasers: Maintains precise vacuum stability inside high-purity glass bottle coating machines, gas laser assemblies, and automotive component test cells.
