TECHNICAL PLANNING
Configuration & Programming
The housing contains no programmable electronics. Set the installed probe gap mechanically, then configure the receiving monitor for the probe family supplied with the complete assembly.
Before installation, record penetration, standoff, conduit arrangement and mounting thread. Inspect the dome cover, O-rings, sleeve and cable seal before recommissioning the measurement channel.
Application Scenarios
Used for externally mounted radial-vibration and Keyphasor probes where maintenance access is required without opening the machine casing.
Typical installations include turbines, compressors, pumps and large motors in power generation, oil and gas and process plants.
